Internally Sandblast to White metal Grade (NACE 1 / SSPC SP5) and apply a minimum of 10.0 – 15.0 mils of Devoe 256 epoxy , 100% Holiday detection using a 67.5 volt wet sponge holiday detector.

Externally Sandblast to Near White metal Grade (NACE 2 / SSPC SP10) and apply a minimum of 20.0 mils of Novocoat SC2200, 100% solids epoxy , 100% Holiday detection using High voltage holiday detector.
